Hodiaŭ estas la datreveno de Mia Universitato, Universitato de Porto Riko, Mayagüeż. La Universitato havas hodiaŭ 102-an jarojn de ĝia eko. Ĝi estis konstruita en la jaro 1911 kiel La Universitato de Agrokulturo. Poste sia nomo ŝanĝas en la jaro 1912 al la Universitato de Agrokulturo kaj Meĥanikaj Artoj.

La bildo montras la konstruaĵo "José de Diego" kiu estas la universitatestraro. Tio konstruaĵo estis konstruita en la jaro 1911 kaj estas en la listo de Nacia Etato de Historiaj Konstruaĵoj.

Today is the anniversary of my Alma Mater, University of Puerto Rico Mayagüez Campus. The University has today 102 years old! The college started construction in 1911 as the College of Agriculture which as part of a Land Grant. After that in 1912, the name changes to the College of Agriculture and Mechanical Arts.

The picture shows the "José de Diego" building where the registrar is located. This is the oldest building in campus and was built in 1911. This building is also listed in the National Registry of historic buildings.

Hoy es el aniversario de mi Alma Mater, la Universidad de Puerto Rico en Mayagüeż La universidad tiene 102 años desde su fundación. La universidad fue construida en el año 1911 como el Colegio de Artes Agrícolas, lo cual su nombre cambia en el año 1912 como el Colegio de Agriculturas y Artes Mecánicas.

En la foto muestra el edificio de José de Diego, donde están las oficinas de administración. Éste es el edificio mas viejo de el campus ya que fue construido en el año 1911. Este edificio es parte del Registro Nacional de Edificios Históricos como patrimonio arquitectónico.
