On the past few hours the power have been going up and down again. It's probably because of the Nor'eastern that we're experiencing now.
For those out of the US, a Nor'easter or North Eastern refers to a storm that gets formed in the Atlantic that affects the Eastern part of the United States. Now that we just went through a Hurricane/Nor'eastern combined, having yet another storm does not help.
At least it is snowing, it gets pretty outside.
